Processing and Delivery Times
The transit time below is for UPS ground shipping. Most orders can take 2 to 3 business days to process and this is in addition to the shipping times listed below.
Email Inquiries & Confirmations
Email is the best way to get a hold of us, but if you wish to speak with a live person, please call 1.208.604.2139. We are a small business and are constantly working to get orders out, so you may have to leave a message on our voicemail system to have someone call you back.
Sometimes email servers such as hotmail and yahoo automatically send our emails into your bulk or spam folder. If you have sent an email and have not received a response, or if you have not received an automatic confirmation email of your order, please check your bulk or spam folders, adjust your bulk or spam filters, or use an alternate email address. Please click here and ask us to resend your email.
Returns If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund less shipping and a restocking fee of 10% with a minimum fee of $10. Any items that have been opened, damaged, or used by you will not be eligible for a refund. You must ship your package back to us within 7 business days in order to get a refund. It is not necessary that the package actually make it back to us within 7 business days, but it must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days of you receiving it.
Rush Orders If you’re in a hurry, rush processing is available for a $25 Rush Processing Fee plus applicable increased shipping fees. Please email us or call us at 1.208.604.2139 to confirm that your order can be rushed. Once you receive confirmation that your order can be rushed, we will provide you with additional instructions.
Please email a return request and let us know that you would like to return your package and if you have used anything from your order. Any product returned without an email explanation will not accepted. It is important that you email us before returning your item.
