  1. Delivery Time?
    We work extremely hard to get your order processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. For this reason, we have added processing time notes to the product descriptions for these personalized items. For Example: "This personalized item may take up to 4-5 business days to ship." If you order 3 items that do not have special processing times, then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you order any one item on your order that states "4-5 business days", your entire order will ship in 4-5 business days because we ship all your items at one time to lower your shipping costs. On average, most packages will be completed and arrive to you within 5-10 business days depending upon your location. If any of the products you have placed on your order are on a back order status, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail.

  2. Can I pick up my order?
    No, we do not provide pickup services at this time.

  3. Damaged Items?
    Our staff works hard to ensure that you receive your wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts safely. We will replace any of your items that arrived and were damaged during shipping. You must notify us immediately (within 5 days) if the item is damaged in shipping. Note all product descriptions and images very closely before check out as we can not replace items that note specific characteristics of the product that you may not have realized before ordering.

  4. Product Availability/Backorders?
    Most of our wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts is in stock at all times, unless otherwise noted to be a special order item, though there are some occasions where wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts may be backordered. If something you have ordered is out of stock one of our operators will call or e-mail you. If you are unable to be reached via phone or e-mail, a post card will be sent to your bill to address. Upon contact from our customer service representative you will have the choice to hold your entire order until the backordered merchandise has arrived, or to ship the items separately. If we are unable to reach you and you have not attempted to contact us with instruction, your entire order will be held and will ship complete upon arrival of the backordered merchandise.

  5. Do you have a catalog?
    No. We do not carry a catalog for mail distribution.

  6. I have found an invitation that I like in an album at a retail store, however I do not see it here on your website, can I still order it through you at a discount?
    Generally Yes. Please e-mail us with the name of the album you saw it in, or the name of the album's manufacturer, & the item # if you have it, or a detailed description of the item, as well as the quantity you would like a price quote for, & enter the words "Price Quote Request" in the subject line of your e-mail. We will do a search for the item, & if we have access to it, you will be able to purchase it at our discounted pricing, just as you would any of our invitations.

  7. Is it safe to enter my credit card information through your website over the Internet?
    We use the payment processing vendor, PayPal. Your credit card information is safe when submitting your order through PayPal and their secure server. However, please DO NOT send your credit card information to us in an e-mail, this is NOT always guaranteed to be a secure-transmission.

  8. What if I submit my order correctly & it comes in wrong?
    While errors are few & far between, they have certainly been known to happen. It would be misleading to say it can't happen, however we stand behind all of our orders, to ensure your satisfaction, and assume full responsibility for errors made on behalf of our company, and deal only with respected manufacturers offering that same guarantee. Immediately upon receipt of your order, inspect it carefully & compare it to the order form you submitted. If there is an error made on the part of our company, or the manufacturer, please contact us immediately & your order will be replaced based on your original submission, at no additional cost to you. We cannot however, be responsible for errors made by the consumer while submitting your order to us, so please double-check dates, spelling of all personalization & any options you have chosen to include design & typestle codes very carefully before placing your final order.

  9. How early should I order my invitations?
    Generally, you should try to place your order 3-4 months prior to your wedding date, to allow ample time for shipping, assembly, & addressing. This time frame should also be adequate time to receive a replacement order, should there be an error, while unlikely, it is always nice to be prepared. Express shipping is also available upon request, for any last minute or emergency orders.

  10. When should I send out my invitations?
    Invitations should be sent out six to eight weeks before your wedding date. If you have a large number of out of town guests, we suggest eight weeks to give your guests the courtesy of making reservations and securing travel arrangements more economically.

  11. What is a cookie?
    A cookie is a small file generated by our website that is stored on your computer. It makes it easier for you to use our site by keeping track of your Shopper ID so that you can retrieve your shopping basket on a return visit.
